The Forest Bend Fire Department is a small South Harris County Volunteer Department. Most of our territory consists of the residential communities of "Heritage Park", "Heritage Park Village", "Heritage Park Estates", "Heritage Park Pointe" and the new "Heritage Park Terrace". We also have two large apartment complexes, four small commercial strips and a small industrial area.
The Forest Bend Fire Department is looking
for people living in the
Heritage
Park areas to volunteer their time and help others. We are
looking for all types of positions including public
relations, EMS personnel, and of course firefighters. Our department
holds all types of training, to include: first aid, auto extrications,
HAZMAT, and fire suppression. We meet every Tuesday night at 7:30
pm. The first Tuesday of each month is our monthly business
meeting, at 7:00 am, where we take care of financial and membership
affairs.
Election of new officers occurs once a year in October. Meet new friends, get involved in your community, be a volunteer.
